Faculty & Staff
All our staff are highly motivated, caring and dedicated.
The teachers (or directresses) at Casa Del Bambini – Montessori nursery are dedicated to the physical, intellectual and emotional development of the children at the school.
They work in close partnership with parents and other professionals for the benefit of the children in the nursery. They are all carefully selected and vetted to ensure they are suitable to work with or around children. All the teachers have relevant Early Years qualification and experience. References are on all staff before they are employed. The teaching staff team provide the expertise needed to plan and co-ordinate activities, and they monitor the development of the children based on detailed observations. A monthly staff meeting takes place to share good practice and to reflect on different aspects of our work.
Teachers at Casa Del Bambini treat children with respect and listen to their remarks seriously and considerately, and children will always be granted a courteous and thoughtful answer.
Continual professional education and development
All our staff are encouraged to take responsibility for their continuous development. We require our staff to develop necessary skills and knowledge to perfectly perform their educational role.

Dear Casa Del Bambini Families,
I am honored to introduce myself as the founder of Casa Del Bambini – Montessori nursery. I am grateful to have the opportunity to lead alongside an outstanding team at a school full of rich and spiritual traditions that strive for excellence in education. In addition, I am enthusiastic about joining a great community where we can share our faith, instill virtues, and empower our students to seek their full potential.
I have been a passionate worker in the field of education for more than twenty-five years. Prior to reaching one of my many career goals and opening a nursery, I was a Montessori teacher at a pre-school that allowed me to improve my professional identity. Furthermore, working at this past pre-school, helped me dream bigger and pushed me to achieve my now degree as a Montessori trainer specialized in early childhood. Lastly, not only was the Montessori philosophy my professional work identity, but it also guided me as a mother to raise my 2 children.
Moreover, I view education as a life-long process and I, myself continue to learn every year from our students, teachers, and parents at Casa Del Bambini. Most importantly, I believe that students are at the center of all school-related decisions, because the relationships between families and the school are vital to the success of our students, I encourage you to become involved in every way possible.
I believe that great schools are a result of great teachers, staff, parents, and community members. It is my goal to help grow our purposeful community through collective efficacy, communication, and professional development. As they say “it takes a village” when raising our young ones.
Pope Francis states, “The family remains the basic unit of society and the first school in which children learn the human, spiritual and moral values which enable them to be a beacon of goodness, integrity and justice in our communities.” I look forward to working with all of you, the first educators of your children, to help achieve our common mission and vision with the goal of helping the child reach her/his fullest potential.
Sincerely,
Rania Fares.
